Manager Michael was awesome. Really friendly, professional and understands and made us feel really welcome! Exceptional!

Hotel is clean and neat and can't believe it's only a 3 star!

The rest of the staff were okay... just like other hotels... nothing special.

Breakfast was really limited and you have to pay for half of it. Was a bit disappointed.

Gym I'd say is too small.

Stayed a week in September; for anniversary and getting away from Hurricane Irma in Florida. Our room was fabulous and well attended to our needs.  Our Suite was very comfortable; and beds were very very comfortable.... A WONDERFUL RELAXING EXPERIENCE. We WILL Return.

Love this hotel! The staff is super professional! I left my wedding bouquet outside near the elevator and the staff had it downstairs and in my vase with water...very impressed... beautiful room and surroundings

We stay here every time my mom has to come for a Dr. appt at MUSC. The hotel is very nice, easy to get to, all the staff we have encountered has been helpful, courteous, and polite. The rooms are nice, spacious, and clean, as is the whole hotel. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when coming here as we know this one is a great place to stay and affordable.

The hotel room and facilities are very clean.  The linen smells fresh. The staff are friendly and very respectful. I love the hotel but I would like the swimming pool to have more lights for evening swimmers.
