Perfectly average hotel. AC unit is a bit dated, TV is exceptional. Exactly what you would expect for a Holiday Inn Express.

So I stayed at this place for approximately 4 nights during a business trip. I can say right off the bat, if you have any form of technical job that requires a consistent internet connection and generally OK speeds look else where. The internet connectivity is alright (130Mbits) however the bandwidth allocated to each connected device is dismal at best. 

In a profession that may require the use of remote connections, setting up and monitoring virtual severs or anything that would require a decent speed this is going to be a painful stay. I mesured a simple driver download at 380KB/s which is laughably slow, and nearly unusable when most people today are utilizing internet to watch and consume media.

So, in short regarding the internet, if you expect to have any ability to resolve any minor issues you may have on your devices, if you may need to connect to a remote system due to on-call status or anything as i mentioned above, this is not going to be the correct place for you until they bring their internet service into the modern space - I am not asking for gigabit internet per dwelling, but a consistent 4-5 megabit would not be to much to ask for. 

Everything else is as you would expect it, decent beds, clean rooms, aging AC units, OK breakfast, Good TV, and Excellent Staff - Unfortunately none of this makes up for having to eat through my entire LTE allowance (including all of my roll over reserve).

Nice, clean rooms and a nice area. Plenty of places to eat within a 10 min. drive. Staff is very friendly.

Staff are very nice and helpful. There is a lot of options for the complimentary breakfast and what I had was good. There is a lot to do and good options for food.
