The location is nice. It's close to the highway but far enough that you don't hear cars. The breakfast was good but the coffee was not very good. Comfy beds and comfy pillows. Has a hot tub and a pool that's nice.

Experience there was horrible. We booked 6 months ahead of time and when we got there they couldn't find our reservation. We had the confirmation number and that still didn't work. The lady working behind the desk was getting mad because it was around midnight and her shift was over. So instead of helping us she made me do all the calling to the hotel company and the booking site we went through. She was incredibly rude. She ended up making us pay for the only room they had left which was a suite. The next worker came in and found our reservation right away, we still had to pay for both rooms.

From Upper Michigan for a Wedding. Coon Rapids MN, 3 days 2 night stay. Construction going on outside the Hotel so it was a little loud. I am on 2nd floor. View out the window not so nice but the room darking curtain were awesome. Clean room and nice staff so far. Breakfast, very good variety. Coffee yummy! A.C. unit in my room(250) is loud and annoying, couldn't use while sleeping but the room stayed a nice temperature.

Terrible experience from the second we walked in.. our room wasn't ready at check in time.. they gave us a different room which upon entering the room surprised to see people already in room! Check in took an hour finally gave us a room that wasn't occupied... Kleenex box empty ..pubic hair in bathtub.. overall this country inn is an embarrassment to there name.
