weeks ago I had my 2014 Ford Focus in for a dry clutch replacement and an oil change. This was a Friday, and I was expecting the job to take all weekend, so we arranged for a rental car. Got a call at work, saying the job was done by 5pm that night. They had washed my car til it sparkled, done the oil change and the clutch replacement in amazing time, and it's been working great. I was super impressed with the quality of the work and the fast turnaround. Thank you guys so much!

Enjoyed working with Wally, one of the salesmen here. He was very low pressure and super easy to work with. Unfortunately, because of Luther's pricing policies (the reason for 3 stars), we weren't able to come to an agreement on the vehicle that we were looking at and ended up going elsewhere for a better deal.

This was the first time I've brought a vehicle to this dealer for service.  I was greeted promptly in the Quicklane area and my car was finished sooner than promised!  They also washed my car and it actually looked very nice!  I've been to other dealers and their "free wash" left much to be desired!  I am very happy with the service I received!

Mark Tallerico went above and beyond our expectations. After working with another dealership and walking away from the sale, we came to North Country a bit deflated. Mark was so easy to work with and quickly turned the whole situation around. He was fantastic! He went out of his way to get us the car we really wanted by picking it up from another location.  His no haggle, low key approach was much appreciate. Thank you!!!
