Fantastic rooms. Had a separate sitting area with a couch, a breakfast nook with 2 barstools, and a desk and desk chair. Great space and basic bathroom. Mattresses need to be updated...it was hard. But, everything was clean, well taken take of and looked nice. Check in and out was pleasant. Would recommend for any groups. Easy in/out access for downtown events. Nice neighborhood adjacent to hwy 70.

Hotel staff was not very helpful or friendly. Did not clean rooms or make beds. Only dropped off towels and empty trash. AC did not work very well, beds small, pool had so much chlorine you could not swim, treadmill broke, stationary bike broke, the list goes on and on. Not a great part of town either. I would look for a better hotel. Not worth $140 a night after taxes and fees.

I stayed a week for training. From what I had heard originally, I admit, I was skeptical about my stay here. But I can say without a doubt, all my fears have been set aside! Our rooms were Clean and comfortable, the gym and pool were (small but) great for being away from home, the free breakfast was delicious ans well stocked every day, and the WiFi even worked perfectly! I want to make special mention about the staff - they were absolutely amazing! The most courteous and happy people I have ever met on my travels (and I've been everywhere). They did such a good job it even put all the Patrons in a good mood too! Made a really happy comfortable feel, where I felt safe, relaxed, and very very pleased with my experience. I will stay here again and I recommend you do too.

Gave 3 stars due to the bed was not comfortable, too firm for me. The room was spacious, and had a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Pool was nice, as was breakfast though would have liked bacon. Located near I-70 so it made it easy to get on 465. The staff were courteous and polite.

Our room didn't have a Bible, which while not representing any personal convictions was unsettling in that it showed a lack of attention to detail. The building itself does not handle rain well,and some of the floor was wet in our room. Our room was large and comfortable, with two beds and a fold-out couch.
