The staff is super friendly. We reserved a non smoking room but it smelled of cigarette smoke & they offered to switch us rooms at no extra charge or trouble but we declined mainly because our room was right off the pool & front desk. The pool area was super clean, pool room was heated but the water was too cold for us to get in. The hotel was really clean also.

A normally quiet room, a Baymont that IS a Baymont (inside facing rooms, reasonably priced, clean), and a small room typical of the Baymont brand. Think of your bed as the sofa too! While train whistles put me to sleep, trains do make some noise between 12:30am and 2am, so if that keeps you up at night, maybe pick another location. Breakfast is normal Baymont fare, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, with the addition of biscuits and gravy. Unfortunately, the gravy was already gone two hours into the breakfast time slot. Fruits, cereals, breads, yogurt, pastries, juices, and coffee round out the selections. Oh, did I mention the strawberry waffles?

Got here late, and the guy at the front desk was flirting with a customer and took 10x longer to check her in. Apparently their is a guy that lives in the hotel and he was standing at the desk eating ice & cussing to himself. Once we got our room key, we got on the elevator that took forever to get up to the 2nd floor, our room had not had air conditioning on all day, so it was muggy and hot. The website says their is mini fridge in the room and their wasn't. The shower had black hairs in the tub, and their was a small hole in the wall above the shower. There is an exit door that has cracked glass, which is kind of scary. Definitely not worth a $170 stay.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I reserved 10 rooms at this hotel and what an absolute nightmare.... In a nutshell, I was charged for rooms that I didn't stay in because whoever was working the front desk didn't change the reservation to the party that was checking in. I also was charged for no shows after the desk manager clearly stated that they would note the account and move the reservations that weren't checked in on Friday to Saturday and not charge me..... Obviously didn't happen! Lastly, if you choose to stay here, pray that you don't have any issues because the customer service skills of the desk manager are non existent (Ghetto)!!!!

I stayed here last week and it was overall a good visit. I read some poor reviews on the sight prior to my stay which made me nervous, but everything went well. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the breakfast food was decent, pool area clean, and the room size was decent. It definately wasn't the nicest hotel I've stayed at, but I believe you get what you or for and it wasn't expensive at all. I would recommend.
