Have been to the office for the past couple years and complained about the infestation of flies roaches and spiders located in the trees directly in front of my house. They all claim they going to do something about it but they never do spiders are in the tree that the spider webs covered the tree all the way to the ground. What do I do to get someone to take care of it? Haven't been able to get yes Community anything done. My son was harassed by the management because he sits in his truck when he goes outside because of the bug infestation and spiders. I have been putting in this complaint with the office for the last five years and nothing got done. What are you going to do to resolve this

Me & my daughter have only lived in this community for a couple months.
The staff here are all very nice & sincere.
I have nothing but good things to say about this community and the staff.
Maintenance is always done in a timely fashion, within a day or two after turning in a work order.
People that complain or post bad reviews need to understand that it's not just the staff's responsibility to make this park a great community, it"s also up to the residents too.
Be respectful and considerate of others, clean up after yourselves, turn your music down, (we don't all listen to the same kind of music)
slow down when driving through the park, there are small children and animals that live here too.
Lets work together to make this one of the best communities around, we can do it!

YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!! THE LOT RENT IS WAY TO HIGH. YOU GET NOTHING FOR THE HIGH LOT RENT. THE DO HAVE A DIRTY POOL DURING THE SUMMER. THERE HOMES ARE ON TOP OF EACH OTHER. THERE ARE BETTER AND LESS EXPENSIVE PLACES TO LIVE. ALSO BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU RENT FROM THEM. THEY WILL TRY AND TURN YOU INTO A BUYER WITH EMPTY PROMISES. CLAYTON BANK AND YES COMMUNITY ARE THE SAME COMPANY.
