Spent the night on July 29, 2017. TWO fire alarms causing evacuation for false alarms. Third alarm was silenced before entire building was evacuated. These of course happened in the middle of the night, there went that nights sleep. We found out during one of the alarms, the fire department is at this location generally once a week. I think they need to spend some time and find the problems with their system. We were in a non-smoking room that smelt of smoke, so much for non-smoking. You would have thought the staff could have expressed some concern, but all we heard was "well better safe than sorry." true, but there is a problem that needs corrected. Nothing was mentioned at check out about the night before and there was nothing about compensation. Not a good experience at all.

Hotel staff were very friendly and nice. The room was clean and up-to-date. the only mild complaint is that we received a letter from Room Keeping that they couldn't service the room due to "personal items left on the bed". My wife and I clean up the room and even make the bed in any hotel we stay at. There was nothing on the bed...at all. Hot buffet style was good in terms of hotel breakfasts.

Dirty carpets, loose shower curtain rack, breakfast area very small. This Holiday Inn Express is Definitely below the normal standard for the chain.

Awfu. Abominable. The room smells like mold and when I opened the Mattress from the couch I found a gigantic brown spot and food remonstrated from who knows how long/ I really can't believe the palace is legal. There is used cue tip in the ac. An AC that predates the current establishment. I have a pictures and videos

The rooms are nice & clean. The staff for the breakfast bar need to be better at their game. The staff were more interested in lolly gagging versus keeping the breakfast bar supplied. The breakfast quality was typical of frozen box prepared food, only the cinnamon rolls appeared fresh.
