This is my second stay and it was a lot better this time then last, last time the room had bed bugs. But this time everything was clean and up to par.

The worst place to stay at. Roaches and bed bugs everywhere. I asked for a refund and it was not provided. I stayed down the street instead. No money in the world would I let my family stay at a super 8 again. Even when calling customer support, they stated that only the hotel could reimburse me.

On trip advisor this motel is listed as pet friendly so I booked a reservation. The desk attendant called me shortly after making the reservation, stating they would not accommodate me because of the pet. I told them trip advisor shows them as pet friendly, but if they actually do not take pets I would go someplace else. I thought that was the end of it. The attendant called me later that day, leaving a message saying my reservation had not been "completely" cancelled and I would need to call them right away "to avoid being charged for not reason." I don't see how there was more to discuss, it's not like I'm going to tie up my dog somewhere and stay in their motel without my dog. I thought it was clear that the reservation was cancelled, but instead I had to waste my time sawing sawdust. I called back and he said it had been take care of? Get it right.

Hotel was ok. Bed was super comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast and breakfast area were lacking. Great location.

Polite friendly service, clean room, the single knock is it could be updated a touch. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
