The absolute BEST value for my money thanks to an amazing manager!! The rooms are  clean,updated with comfy beds and have all the amenities I needed!Staff are friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good with lots of choices with coffee available all day! Signed~ A very satisfied guest 😌

Given the price, there is no reason to dislike this place.  Competent front desk staff, above average amenities at this price point, and very convenient.  It's no Ritz, but it's less expensive yet nicer than the surrounding hotels.  I'd stay here again if I were stopping near Syracuse.  The complaints of small bathrooms, dated furniture, etc., are true but to be expected at less than $80/night.

Staff pleasant. Room big.  Stains abound.  Bathroom door doesn't open unless the seat is up.  Sheets and linens stained.  Bed is comfortable enough.

Not impressed. .beds are hard and noisy. .smells funky. Overall sketchy... strongly considered moving to another place

Ok we drove up and noticed how run down the outside was. The staff was friendly. They have been us our key and we made our way to the elevator and encountered one unpleasant smell after another. We noticed it was unclean in every possible way. Somehow we didnt turn around and walk out. We took the lousy filthy elevator up to our room. We opened the door and nothing reassured us about staying there. Finally the culmination was when my wife took down the covers of the bed to reveal hairs, bug like things, and stains on the sheets. We collected our things and prayed and that we hadnt touched anything that would contaminate our clothes or bodies. We went to the front desk and told them we wouldnt be staying there.
