By far the worst hotel I've stayed in. The bathtub wasn't cleaned in weeks with build up around the rings of shower handle and scum all over. Not to mention pubic hair 😖 The toilet wasn't clean either. There was a ring around the toilet and hair in the back. I didn't notice until later that evening other wise I would have said something immediately and switched rooms or hotels. The next morning I went to get breakfast in the hotel (holiday inns always great breakfast) went down at 5:59am breakfast starts at 6am and nothing was set up. One of the staff members was sitting there and apologized that breakfast was late. In my case I was on vacation but people who work in the day rely on that 1st meal. Finally I was able to get breakfast at 6:15. I Went back to my room to warm up my eggs and oatmeal and when I opened the microwave there was a To-go container with a very old cheeseburger and French fries. I'm an IHG member and after paying almost $300 for a 2 night stay in a disgusting room the hotel gave me a measly 500 points on my account.

Where to start... First our room was nasty dirty.. When booking we were suppose to have a free breakfast for 2, which we had to pay for.. When we checked out our receipt said one price but were charged an extra $20.75.. When I called I was informed it was a parking fee.. Let me add we did NOT drive.. Even had to sign a paper stating We did not drive.. We road as a group and my neighbors only paid $17.25 for their parking fee.. Pretty sure it's safe to say we will not stay here again..

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, and breakfast was served hot. However, $20 for overnight parking is a little much. Seems like a way to bloat the cost of your stay, while having the appearance of a cheaper room.

Only stayed one night, but the service was great. Took the hotel shuttle to downtown, and the driver, Wayne stayed over to bring us back after the concert. Breakfast was great, the room was very nice, and the staff was polite and friendly.

The location of the hotel is wonderful. While a little confusing to navigate to, being located right next to the Holiday Inn Express, but is a very nice place. Obviously recently updated, the rooms are all in magnificent shape. Very good, would stay again!
