We stayed at the Holiday Inn downtown and I have to say the staff was so helpful! I called in advance of my stay with some questions on the area and the person on the phone was very helpful! Upon my arrival the front desk personnel were very kind and helpful in giving us directions on where to park and directions to where we were going. I was mostly impressed when we got back to our hotel after 10pm and ordered pizza.. when it arrived the front desk called me and said my pizza was here and they wanted to give me a heads up that it was coming up to my room. I've never had that courteous of service and i really felt they took the extra step by calling us. I felt cared for and also that they were looking out for us and helping us stay safe. The rooms were clean and the parking was very easy to get to. I liked being able to have ease of access in parking downtown as some hotels are a hassle to check into. This hotel has a small parking lot you can pull in off the street to check into the hotel, much less stress than other downtown hotels! I like being able to walk to my car and not having to rely on valet to get my car every time we need something. Valet is nice but it's so nice to be able to stay downtown and be close to you car!

I spent an entirety of 1 and a half hours in the room/hotel so my opinion is based upon feel. The room was for a place to sleep if I didn't stay somewhere else while down there for a wedding. The room seemed fine and the price was fine. The reason I give 2 stars is because the second I walked in the place felt disgusting(lobby and such) I'd suggest some tlc

Excellent and friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Good location near the RiverCenter

Nice clean rooms. Cool view of an old building from my room. Lighting in the bathroom was dim though

The location and interior are great. Based on the pictures of the exterior I wasn't sure what to expect. While Holiday Inns are typically above average, they can still be hit and miss. The part I really liked were the rooms. Had to be updated recently and were really well done.
