We stayed last night. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. Check in was quick and parking is only $15.00. We ordered room service for breakfast, right on time, hot and tasty. We both had the Minnesota omelette with fried potatoes. *Quick walk to the xcell energy center*

The room was clean and comfortable, a bit too warm at 70 when we arrived the evening of Sept 2. We would have appreciated being told that when charged the parking rate of $15, that we would be able to get it validated at the front desk. The restaurant however was another matter. After having driven 28 hours for a rescue mission, reading an unusual menu item for what it truly was took more effort than was warranted. My companion got the pepperoni pizza and mine was the "baked potato pizza," truly deceiving as listed on the menu. Hers she said was not worth dragging along, and mine was unfit to be eaten by humans. Over $30 for too inedible items, not good.... surely you can improve on that if you want to

The front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. A young gentleman even went as far as letting us borrow his tie for a special event since we forgot ours at Home! The rooms are nice and comfortable, and when I called the front desk for more towels, they were very prompt when they brought them up.

Great and clean hotel. It was walking distance from our office building which was super convenient. The food was good and the bed was soft! I would recommend this hotel!

I stayed at the double tree on business. Clean, nicely appointed room. Convenient to the saint Paul area. Hotel shuttle was convenient to get around down town. I would definitely stay at the double tree again when visiting msp.
