This place was awful. I stayed here after a guns n roses concert. I was kept up half the night because this lady was being beaten up by some guy. It lasted a couple hour's at least. Also the police and ambulance were there early in the night because the guy next door to us took a bottle of pills. Ended up leaving in the ambulance. Awful place to stay. I won't be back.

My grandparents and I stayed here during a non-busy time of year, and it was unclean and in poor repair. The air conditioning and heating unit was leaking, and the lamp was flickering off every little while. The room smelled terrible (it was non-smoking), as well as the hallways. During our stay, our room keys quit working and had to be reset. The pool was alright, but that's about the only positive thing I have to say. Breakfast would have been better than a bar.

The hallways and exterior are from the 90s. You can tell the room were newly renovated. The mattress is wrapped in the sealed cover to help protect against bed bugs. Very reasonably priced. Conveniently, right on a Green Line stop - Fairview Ave. The bar is a dive but has a cool salt water fish tank.The bar menu had Thai food and was not bad - a little salty but great with beer. Selection of beer was decent. I would stay there again.

Awful. Booked the room for a work conference. Police arrived shortly after I checked in for a robbery in the hotel. Condition of the room was not bad, but the whole place is unsafe. Bar down the hallway is sketchy at best. I would personally NEVER bring my kids there. Booked a "name your own price" on Priceline at a nearby hotel and got out of here!! ALSO - cancelled my second night of reservation (with no issue) but then WAS CHARGED on the credit card I provided for incidentals. No good!!

Walls ate thin. Still has smoking rooms. WiFi was choppy at best. Comfy beds though.
