Located in an iconic, century-old building in the heart of downtown Saint Paul's business district, Hotel 340 is the region's premiere boutique hotel.

Our 56 comfortable guest rooms and suites blend European style and charm with delightful contemporary perks such as Keurig coffee makers and flat screen televisions.

All of our guest rooms and suites feature cherry hardwood floors. Many include kitchenettes.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout our property, and continental breakfast is included with every stay. Our lobby business center, available free of charge, is complete with print, fax and scan capabilities.

The soaring, two-story lobby features a magnificent fireplace, ornate architecture, and full-service adjacent bar. It's the perfect space to unwind with a cocktail and a book or catch up with a friend.

The Saint Paul Athletic Club, located within the building, is a 68,000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness and wellness facility that is available to our guests for no charge. Guests may enjoy unlimited group fitness classes, state-of-the-art cardio and strength rooms, and a steam room and sauna.
