I picked this cancer center because it is all encompassing in my care. I don’t have to run to this place for testing, get the results, go somewhere else for further testing, or somewhere else for each individual doctor. The physicians and staff are concern about you as an individual, not a number. At a time when you need reassurance in the choices you make, I’m glad I picked the right clinic for my care.

These folks are wonderful. From the cafeteria staff to the surgeons, from the Valletta parking workers to the nurses, they are the best. They know their business and they truly care about the people they serve.

Almost 5 years ago, I diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer by a "specialist" in Myrtle Beach. This fine gentleman informed me that I would "drop dead in 6 months". I thank God everyday for my Oncology Team at MUSC. Caring, kind, and so advanced in their knowledge of the latest in cancer treatments. They were able to keep me stable, without the need for chemotherapy fro 4 years. I've hit a few "bumps in the road" recently, but I am fully confident my team will patch me up just fine.

Stage IV, T-4 - only months to live. That was over 10 years ago. Dr. Terry Day and Dr. Joshua Hornig saved my life. The staff is the best! There is no better care than at Hollings Cancer Center.
