Everyone treated us very well. The entire team actually worked as a team, which was nice to see. They were slammed busy but every single person we encountered, was nice, professional and thorough. This was the first time I've ever taken my daughter to the ER and even though we were there for 10 hours, they made us feel comfortable and like we mattered. It took forever but only because there were so many patients to treat and prioritize. Keep up the awesome teamwork and thank you!!

OK I WAS AT THIS ER FOR MY 5YR OLD YESTERDAY FOR SIDE PAINS MIND YOU NOW WE GOT THERE AT 9AM DIDN'T LEAVE UNTIL 4PM AND THEY STILL DON'T HAVE A CLUE ON WHAT'S WRONG WITH MY CHILD... SO TODAY I HAD TO RUSH MY DAUGHTER THERE SHE HAD AN ASTHMA ATTACK THEY GOT THAT UNDER CONTROL MIND YOU NOW MY DAUGHTER IS TEN YEARS OLD THEY LET HER LEAVE THE HOSPITAL WITH A BP OF 150/62 WHICH IS TOO HIGH FOR HER AND A HEART RATE OF 106.. Y'ALL MESSING UP MUSC LIKE GET IT TOGETHER Y'ALL SUPPOSE TO BE THE BEST DON'T GIVE LESS GIVE THE BEST

First off my app was rescheduled due to hurricane that we didn't get understand precaution. Reschedule appointment was told to arrive at 11 for 11:30 appointment to show up find out app wasn't till 1. I would of never accepted this I drive an hour and half to get here. This wouldnt of given me enough to get my children at school we checked in aroun 10 decided to get her blood work since they said they couldn't get us in till 1245 we can't back around 1150 we're we waiting my daughter had to go bathroom really bad around 1215 I said no honey u have to have a full bladder for ultrasound her having one kidney with stage 2 . So she held it. 1245 came no one 1250 no one 1 no one 125 no one . Left a complaint in excellence box in office called customer service line to leave complaint twice .Not to mention while time we got to listen to yolanda S on her phone personal I believe she has a ear piece. Watch as she looks at shopping sites and plays card games on computer. Not to mention when she answer work phone her ear piece still had conversation on it so what ever was said about patient just violanted HIPPA.i understand teaching hospital but let's teach them right. I I'll no be returning

Right now I'm highly upset.. why so??? My DAUGHTERS PEDS SENT US TO MUSC (CHILDRENDS E.R)WHICH HER DOCTOR CALLED THE E.R N TOLD THEM WE WAS ON THE WAY . HER APPENDIX REALLY NEED TO BE LOOKED AT WE GOT HERE AT 4PM ITS NOW 4:10AM AND IM STILL SITTING HERE... ITS BEEN A TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH THE STAFF MEANING .. ONE PERSON IS SAYING DONT DRINK NOR EAT AND THEN, SOMEONE ELSE COMES N TELLS MY DAUGHTER TO DRINK ... MIND YOU WE ARE HERE FOR CAT SCANS N ULTRA SOUNDS WHY WOULD SHE DRINK ANYTHING SMH ... JOSH HAS BEEN A BIG HELP AND THE BEST THING MOVING AROUND IN THIS DEPARTMENT... MY DAUGHTER ASK FOR A BLANKET 4 DIFFERENT TIMES BEFORE SHE ACTUALLY GOT IT .. I PERSONALLY WENT TO THE STAFF DESK N REFUSE TO LEAVE UNLESS I SAW SOMEONE WALKING TO MY DAUGHTERS ROOM WITH THE BLANKET... LIKE MUSC IS SUPPOSE TO BE THE BEST .. IM HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS AND MAY NEVER RETURN HERE WHICH IS SAD BECAUSE .. MY MOMS AND ELDEST DAUGHTER BOTH HAS CANCER AND MUSC WAS #1 IN MY TOP 5  ... ITS NOW 4:20AM AND MY DAUGHTER IS IN CAT SCAN LIKE THIS IS REALLY CRAZY .. IF THIS WAS FOR SELF I WOULD HAVE LEFT N WENT TO MONCKS CORNER E.R ... OAN: WHEN I LEAVE HERE I HAVE A 45MIN RIDE HOME IM DRAINED.
