The good reviews were written by Lowe's employees. As proof, this Lowe's store's Yelp rating is only 1.5 stars versus 3.7 stars on Google. Yelp is the only review site that tries to filter out all fake reviews. My experience with this Lowe's was a wasted afternoon waiting for a non-existent delivery. Their "truck broke down" excuse was totally bogus, going by the other reviews. Lowe's should have just told me that the item was not currently available instead of having me waste an afternoon waiting for nothing. To add insult to injury, Lowe's staff is rude, lazy, and incompetent -- and their prices are higher than a kite. We purchased here only because of the convenience. Do NOT make the mistake that I did; go anywhere but Lowe's to buy anything. You will most likely save money and a ton of aggravation and frustration in dealing with these nasty, arrogant thugs!

In general I love Lowe’s but this one is just horrible . Went to look for a door with the frame and found a door that was totally trashed ( bunch of holes beyond repair ) but it had a good frame which is actually the thing I needed as I had doors at home that I could use. So I asked for a discount and the guy told me 20 bucks off to which door by itself cost about 40 and this one is not usable so I figured I at least should get 40 off ( price of the door ) as it was trashed . The guy at customer service said to me “ I’ll throw it in the fresh for that price before I sell it to you “ I’m not a genius but that’s not how you talk to costumer even if you don’t want to sell the item for lower price .

Went to buy a small refrigerator for a client, the customer service was great, from the time we pick out the refrigerator to checking out, even had a Lowe's personal put the refrigerator in the car... very pleasant atmosphere...

I purchased a new washer & dryer two days ago. The salesman specified that delivery and installation were included with the purchase as long as I purchase the new hoses for the installation. The delivery service arrives over an hour later than their scheduled window and came without the installation equipment. They blame that on Lowes for not 'putting in for installation and removal'. The delivery service then removes the old units and leaves a gas leak because they took off the old units and didn't turn off the gas. We call Lowes and they tell us that they'll throw in a free dryer house kit if we pay them for installation. Couldn't ask for a worse appliance purchase experience.
UPDATE: PhiladelphiaGasWorks arrived and told us that it's good that the hot water heater or furnace didn't kick on because our house would've blown up. The meter he used measured 5 Natural which is as high as the meter goes.

Just stood outside in the sun for 20 minutes waiting for a propane cylinder exchange AFTER paying for it. This place is a disgrace.

Paying on a project that hasn't begun,  Waiting on answere is like pulling toothe and nails. In the beginning it was all good, sales person was great.Notice I said was great, once they get their commission, done deal. They don't care . They walk in your home with a great game, but at the end they will lose.  I'm over fakeness.
