I have always been able to use Joann 60% off coupons and the cashier refused. She wouldn't let me use them. I was very nice when I told her I was a long time customer. She was a newer employee from what her name tag said. But I just didn't have time to wait for her to get a supervisor. She used what she had and that was it.

Another Michael's closer to me didn't have what I needed. I called them and they had it waiting for me at the register when I arrived. The store is very clean and the customer service was great. Best Michael's I have ever been in.

I was fairly disappointed that EVERYTHING I needed was out of stock. I called 5 stores before I found ONE item when I needed 2. The staff was nice and held it for me. I will buy it online from now on. It wasted 3 hours of my day. I ended up going to another company to avoid that again.
