Mike Siddiqui has been the nicest and most cordial sales manager I've ever worked with. Super nice person, very friendly, very helpful and accommodating. You really want to work with him! He'll try his best to get you the deal you want and to accommodate you the best he can. He's very thorough in explaining everything and making sure you understand everything. Honda City gave me a really good price. Honestly, you can't ask for a better car buying experience! I'm walking away really happy and impressed.

I do not like running around or wasting time. I had a price on a 2015 Honda Civic with 39k on it, the price was 12,200 out the door at another dealership (to follow later). I saw a 2015 Honda Civic with 30k on Honda’s website and decided to call to see if they could match it or at least come close. I called the sales person and she assured me, even sent an email stating that her sales manager Mike promised that he would meet or beat any price. I later received an email and a phone call from him stating the best he could do would be 13k out the door. This means one of two things to me. 1 your business makes “promises” they do not intend on keeping”, or 2. You just like to give people the standard car run around. Either way I do not have the time to be a part of the games. I will take my money to Castle Honda where they honor the prices that they give, or at least the ones they promise to beat.

Came in on a whim today to check out civics. Wasn’t sure if I was going to buy. However thanks to Kendal and Mike, from the time I walked in the door I received the the best customer service and experience. I’ve bought many cars, but this was the most pleasant experience of them all. No pressure and they worked with me on what I could afford. Officially riding out in a 2018 civic hatchback sport!!!

Honda City was hands down the best dealership to work with. Their prices were so competitive that other Honda dealerships simply did not believe the out the door price I was quoted.  At no point during the actual purchase of the car did I feel pressured to buy anything extra.  Most importantly, they honored their out the door price to the penny!  A special shout out to Ethan who helped to make the purchase of my first car a pleasant one!

I would recommend working with Jesse at Honda City Chicago. I cant say that about the Sales Managers, but Jesse did a great job and we are happy with our purchase.

Update: They pitched and supposedly sold me a certified vehicle and warranty. Long story short that was a lie. Read all the fine print with this organization.
