Excellent and honest mechanic and business owner.  Does not discriminate against gender and treats you with dignified respect in regards to automotive needs.  I priced around with Pepboys for the same work done at Jose's, here are the price ranges: Pepboys $1765, Mitsubishi dealer: $1800, Firestone: $735 (not too bad) and at Jose's $650.00 and that includes towing,  The other's towing would have been an additional $150.00.  It's not just affordable, it is fixed better, more attention to detail and you feel a huge difference the minute you drive off, I recommend this establishment to everyone best automotive repair shop hands down.

I dont ever review anything but was very pleased with the work i felt i needed to review this business. Great customer service and fair prices for the work. I orginally took my car to Firestone in Round Lake Beach for a diagnoses and a dye wash to see where the oil was leaking from. Firestone told me their technician was unable to figure out where the leak was coming from and i would need to come back a different day for a different technician to look at it. When i brought it back they told me i needed the to have the oil pan gaskent changed and it was going to cost me 1000. When i brought my car to Joses he did a diagnoses and told me the oil pan gasket was compelty fine and told me what the actual problem. He said the car would be ready saturday and he had it ready Friday. The car is having no issues. Very pleased with the price too!! Highly recommend

I Broke down on the road and I found this towing company on Google. I could not believe on how fast he got to my car and towed at a very good price. This company is very professional and even though they are closed on Sundays, He still came out and helped me tow my car back to my house. I would diffently use them again. Great customer service!
