Great service! Great price! My Infiniti Q50 continued to say maintenance. When I went to the Infiniti dealership they stated the cost would be over a thousand to do inspections, as well as replaces fluids etc. I left and went to Waukegan Tire the same day. While at Waukegan Tire I worked with a gentleman named Robert S. He made sure to listen to my concerns. Then stated he could do all the things the dealership stated need to be done for way less. I set an appointment up for the next day (2-22-18) with Robert S. To bring the vehicle in for service. He went over everything with me and call me to follow up once everything was finish. By far the best service I receive regarding my vehicle. Also, I want to thank the mechanic whom worked on my car as well.

I started working with Waukegan Tire about six months ago when I ordered two TSW Interlagos wheels for my C7 Callaway Corvette on eBay but noticed no one else in the entire country had the front size for these wheels. I sent some emails back & forth with a guy named Marcus who told me these wheels were temporarily out of production. My heart dropped but Marcus ensured me that it was normal for wheel companies.

I had no idea this was how it worked an I was in the process of moving. So, I asked him if he could keep the wheels at at Waukegan Tire because it wasn’t far from where I lived. Plus, the Corvette was about to be useless during the winter. So, Marcus kept my wheels next to his desk for six months until the weather improved and production started again for the front set of wheels. 

Finally, when I got them mounted, they were professional, fast, plus, after dealing with me for six months, nothing but gracious. Thanks Marcus & thanks Waukegan Tire!

Patched up my flat tire didnt take long the guy helping me was kind and it was a great experience after getting a flat w/o a spare

Brought in a flat tire to get replaced. They said it would take an hour and a half, and they'd call me when it was one. I had to call them 5 hours later. I had to explain twice to the guy that I brought I flat in to get replaced. I asked why nobody called me, he said he didn't know. He really acted like he didn't care too. Will not return, do not recommend using this place.

Good prices, but lacks the costumer service and better time management. I dropped a wheel off to have them install a new tire on. They told me 30 minutes. So I left and came back in 30 minutes,  I had to wait am additional hour and a half more. took them 2 hours to mount a tire on a wheel. I would have been fine if they told me to come back in 2 hours. But now I wasted an hour and a half. This place use to be good.
