A great place to get a car, sales associates will come find you as soon as you walk up. No need for you to go track them down. They are polite and courteous and respect your parameters for financing a car. I had the pleasure of negotiating with Josh and Brandon who were amazing and weren't out to steal your money. I think the most important part of the whole experience is they didn't want to sell you just any car they wanted to help you find the car that was right for you.

Michael was great to work with - sweet guy, not pushy at all, and honest about each car's strengths and history. He seemed genuinely interested in finding a car that was right for me, rather than just trying to convince me to buy a car he wanted to sell. I was buying my first car after moving back from overseas so I didn't have insurance yet, and he even helped me shop for insurance so I could take the car home that day.

Friendly Service Customer Care!
Josh White took very good care of me, very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions, the best part, if he didnt know the answer he immediately went to find out the correct answer. I greatly appreciate his hard work, understanding, and taking his time with me. i did not real rushed at all.

If I could give them a score less than one I would!!!
I took my car to this location to get a battery replacement.  The battery on my car was purchased from a Honda location  in Richardson Texas.  It was still under warranty, so I thought I would just stop by the Denton location and get a replacement.  BIG MISTAKE!!! I was told, that I would need to drive all the way to Richardson to get the new battery because I didn't have the original receipt to prove that I purchased the battery from Honda (the battery had Honda on it).  So, I drive to Richardson at 4:00 in the evening to get a battery that the Denton location could have put on my car! Terrible customer service!! This could all be accomplished with a simple phone call.  The Richardson location looked up my receipt and then they told me Denton could have placed a simple phone call to them and they would have given them the information so that I could get the battery in Denton!! I will NEVER take my car to this location again.!!

We bought a new 2017 CR-V from Honda of Denton recently.  This was absolutely the best car buying experience i have ever had and I have been buying cars, both new and used, for over 45 years.  The dealership is pleasant and very accommodating.  I especially enjoyed the coffee machine.  Really cool.  Our salesman, Brad Moore, worked tirelessly to find just the car we wanted.  It was the last one of its color in all of North Texas.  The financing was a breeze and we got a terrific rate as well as a great price on the car.  Thanks Brad.  Do yourself a favor and check out Honda of Denton.  It's worth the construction hassle on I-35.  You won't be disappointed,
