Great service!! I brought in my car to get it fixed, not only did I get great customer service, but also a job done right, which now a days is very much appreciated. They are the type that, if they make a mistake, they will make it right. I Strongly recommend them. 2 thumbs up

We recently moved to the north side of Lewisville Lake and that meant giving up easy access to a great mechanic/shop we've used 20+ years. Initially made the drive back down there when needed, but really wanted to find someone who knew what they were doing and that we could trust. Son ended up at Pioneer at one point and really liked everything about the experience. So when I needed sometime fairly major done (CV axles), I thought it was time to try Drew and his time. From the minute I walked in until I picked up my car, I knew I'd found the shop I'll use from here on out. Great knowledge, great service, great prices and the car travels better than it ever has. Highly, highly recommend Pioneer.

We have been Pioneer customers for nearly five years, and highly recommend it for auto repair and maintenance. Drew, Brian, Christian and the rest of the Pioneer team are a pleasure to work with. Work is always timely and budget-sensitive. Pioneer is the only auto repair / maintenance resource that we use.

The guys at Pioneer are very professional and took great care of me on my first visit.  They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the repair before leaving.  I left the shop feeling like I didn't pay enough for the time and effort they put into getting my Jeep running again.  Thanks guys!
