It is more noisy than I would like it to be. Also not far away from the parking and from traffic.

This is a community park that is bordered by a school located in a somewhat questionable (Redwood City could do so much more in this area but has always treated this area as their red-headed stepchild) neighborhood that always for many years struggled to rise above poverty. The surrounding community is proud and amazing in its diversity and it shows. I lived in Redwood City for 23 years and I grew up there. I love it and it will always be close to my heart. I no longer live there but I do visit quite a bit. This park has started to somewhat decline in appearance and that is sad because it had really become a very nice place to go. Many activities to enjoy and the facilities were very nice at one point in time. I hope Redwood City takes this decline and does something about it and doesn't keep it out-of-site-out-of-mind! Come on keep Redwood City beautiful in every corner and in every way!
