Nestled along the DuPage River, this beautifully customized boutique hotel has reached the sky. Featuring immaculate views of the Downtown Naperville neighborhood, yet still a leisurely stroll away from dozens of restaurants and shops. Our 158 unique guestroom accommodations style will fuse an urban feel with a tasteful homage to the heritage of our magnificent city.

Partnering with Elements, the premier wedding destination and venue for corporate events and social gatherings, we are thrilled to create lasting impressions for our guests. Located on the second floor of the hotel, Elements showcases nearly 7,000 sq ft of flexible event space.

Have stayed here a couple of times and so have family members. The people on the front desk are great, but apart from that the hotel is underwhelming at best. My wife left something in our room and after repeated calls they never got back to us, I did the same and the same result. The bar is open from 4pm until 11pm supposedly but it's usually closed by 10pm. No shops in the hotel, room service finishes at 11pm (again, if you're lucky) and no refrigerators in the room so even if you were to bring food or drink back there's nowhere to keep it. I'm looking to forward to when they get some competition in downtown Naperville as they'll quickly lose customers

Are you undecided where to stay? Let me be of assistance. I spent hours researching a get away for my amazing wife to celebrate our anniversary of 8 years. First of all, the staff is most excellent. Alexa Perillo the greatest hotel manager East of Mississippi booked the reservation, and finalized our room accommodations. When we arrived the free parking was easily accessible and connects to the hotel. The front desk staff Christian and Brandon(think I remembered their names correctly) were welcoming and have great people skills. Our room was more than we expected. Absolutely clean, great design and comfortable. The entire hotel complex was the same. It's next to the riverwalk, close to shopping and dining. We had the greatest breakfast at the hotel restaurant Plank. Hotel Indigo is the best place to stay in Naperville. I'll gladly debate anyone that differs.

I stayed at Hotel Indigo for my wedding reception. They upgraded our room to a terrace suite over looking the river. It was a beautiful room. The bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk and the bar were fantastic. The only thing I would say was strange was our suite did not have a door on the bathroom. A friend of ours staying there for the wedding didn't have that problem. So it must have been a quirk of our suite? It was just strange. Otherwise wonderful time.

We were at the venue for a wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. Great design. The food was incredible. Heard a ton of compliments on the steak. Staff was very nice and responsive to our needs.

Modern new hotel, centrally located in downtown Naperville. Plenty of restaurants, bars & next to park & river walk. My husband & I stayed 2 nights & brought out dogs. Had a great time!
