Being eighty-eight years old had me reevaluating my living situation. Although it was hard to consider myself residing anywhere else but my home, I decided the time had come to move in with my son. My original purchase of this property was one of the most important investments in my life so selling it was definitely going to be the most influential thing due to it being such a substantial asset.
I had received information on House Buyers of America and several of your competitors expressing a promise of an accelerated settlement without major selling headaches for me. After interviewing a few businesses like yours, I decided to move forward with your service because I knew the benefits to me would be uncountable.
My best impression remains with the real estate consultant because he even took the time to speak to my children; as we are all one family unit that had a lot of questions that needed answers. I also felt that after the contract was signed I wasn’t left alone to muddle my way through the process, everyone within your company went above and beyond to make this a very pleasant and speedy process.
When the time came for settlement, everything was efficient, and I felt at great ease. I am content with my decision to sell to House Buyers and will definitely recommend you to others with an urgent need for a fast-tracked home sale.

Recently I had a death in the family and needed to sell a property. I had never sold any real estate before so I had a lot of doubt with the process. After receiving a flier in the mail regarding your services, I did some research online, and I liked what I found. 
 I was impressed with your fast response to my inquiry and the Real Estate Consultant made it comfortable for me to work with him because he was very friendly and helpful. 
I definitely made the right decision because I was able to get a fair price upfront and sell the house quickly.  I would recommend your company to my friends and family in the future because everything went quickly and smoothly.

My husband and I were in the process of preparing our own home for sale when we acquired my father’s townhouse. Now not only did I have my own property to contend with I had also inherited another with my brother and brother-in-law.

The three of us knew it needed modern updating and we all agreed we just didn’t have the time or energy to do it ourselves. I had gotten a letter early in the year and once I did some research on House Buyers of America, I pulled it out of the filing cabinet and called the 800 number. 

While I was very impressed with your testimonials, Better Business ranking, and review – I felt it only fair to also call one of your competitors. Their offer was extremely low and they didn’t have the shining reputation you guys do. 

Your staff got us a quick offer and after my attorney reviewed and blessed the contract, we moved forward in our endeavor to sell to you. Everything was smooth sailing and all our expectations were met with the highest regard.

I would like to begin by stating that I am a busy single mom who works full time and manages a home while shuffling my daughter to necessary events. I had held on to my Mom’s home for three years and then I finally contacted an agent to help me.  His plan was to sell as is but I would still have had to pay for inspections, closing costs, and commissions.

I had received many letters from other companies as well as House Buyers but you guys had the highest rating out of everyone out there. When I was first dialing the number, I have to admit I was skeptical.  It was something I knew I needed to do because paying taxes on a vacant home and keeping up with the landscaping / utilities was eating money for no reason.  Plus, it just wasn’t fair for Mom’s neighbors to have a home just sitting there without a family to care for it every day.

Then I was connected with the Real Estate Consultant who listened to my needs and surprisingly he was very sympathetic. He and everyone else was absolutely awesome. Whenever I had a question someone was there to guide me through it. I really just loved everything about the entire experience and with the proceeds of the sale I am now able to care for my Mom in her senior years which is very important to me. 

I will definitely recommend House Buyers to friends, family, or co-workers who are in need of selling a home quickly and easily. In my eyes you guys did all the hard work and simply saved the day.

I chose House Buyers of America because I was downsizing to a condominium from a single-family and needed a quick, easy sale. I did not want to use a realtor because I knew they would tell me I needed to do things to the house, pay commissions, and wait for settlement to occur after numerous showings.  
Since I had never done anything like this before, I started by googling companies on the internet that could buy my property fast and easy. Being very skeptical at first, I cautiously did my research but decided to contact you once I read up on the fact your company had longevity in the house purchasing industry.
 I was impressed with how nice and professional your staff was and what a wonderful experience from start to finish. There were no complications or surprises with your company and everyone made it extremely stress free for me to sell my house.  Like I mentioned above, since this was my first time using a company like House Buyers, I had a lot of questions throughout the process. The real estate consultant answered all of them for me with the greatest of patience.  
Being someone who never gives out 10s because no one walks on water, I would rate your company at a 9+ for your great customer service as everything went smoothly with no bumps in the process! I will absolutely recommend House Buyers to my friends, family and co-workers in the future who are selling a house.
