Kim was absolutely amazing to work with.  From Day 1 when she showed up full of market knowledge to discuss the possibility of selling our home all the way to closing where she had an eagle eye for the details she was a perfect professional.   Kim was responsive, extremely calming (despite all my panicking texts), and did not miss any details.  She advised us on how best to prepare to sell, where to invest and where not, and was intentional in her approach to staging which made a huge difference.  Throughout the buying process she was very engaged, kept us informed, and was proactive in identifying and resolving issues.  I can't thank Kim enough for her partnership.  I highly recommend her to anyone in the market; buying or selling.

My wife and I have used Kim for buying/selling/renting on 3 different properties, some with multiple transactions, and she has been nothing short of amazing. She has made each process extremely easy for us, taking the guess work out of complicated processes, and makes sure things are done right. She is extremely easy to work with, responsive/available, hard working, and thorough. On our most recent house sale, we decided to put to it on the market on a Wednesday, she had an amazing photographer in by Friday, it listed by Saturday morning, and organized an open house on Sunday. We had 4 offers by Monday morning, and closed in less than 30 days. When moving to a new house, she handled both sides of the transaction for us, allowing us to sell and buy in one day. She also has an adept understanding of the market conditions, which resulted in us getting the most out of our properties. When looking to buy, she takes our wants and needs and finds great properties to see. We are getting ready to sell another property soon, and can't wait to work with her again.

This was our third real estate transaction with Kim.  She is very knowledgeable.  She spent a lot of time getting to know our needs and found us exactly what we wanted.  Throughout the process she was extremely responsive and have a lot of good advice to offer.  The process was fun and stress free.  Would definitely work with her again the the future.

Kim went above and beyond in every aspect of her job during the sale and purchase of our homes.  Kim exceeded our expectations and provided a level of service beyond 5 stars!  Throughout the entire process Kim was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She was invaluable in coordinating and scheduling every inspection for both homes (and there were many).  She provided a professional photographer and home stager for our home to sell and offered advice and recommendations on everything from paint color to home warranties.  Kim worked proactively and paid meticulous attention to each detail guiding us through the process making the whole home buying/home selling process smooth and somewhat effortless on our part!  

Kim truly cares about her clients and it shows in everything she does. Kim has done an excellent job with her knowledge and experience combined with her positive and hands on attitude.  I could not provide a stronger recommendation for any real estate professional.  Thank you Kim!
