We contacted Jennifer on the recommendation of a co-worker who purchased her home using Jennifer and her team. Using Jennifer and her team as our real estate agent was one of the best decisions we made. Not only was she responsive and well informed, her entire time is responsive and well informed. Anytime we had a question, we received a quick response giving us the feedback and information we needed. Additionally, she was very helpful in providing us with the guidance necessary to ensure that the home we are selling is in the necessary condition to be listed and (hopefully) sell quickly.

The vendors that she has working relationships with and recommended to us were also phenomenal. Jennifer is a professional who surrounds herself with other professionals who work together to provide an excellent experience for her clients. I can only recommend her to other individuals look to buy, sell, or do both.

If you are looking to purchase your dream home, or trying to sell your own home, I recommend Jennifer Young Team. If you are  looking for someone honest, and dedicated, and smart, and business orient, who will get the job done, I suggest to you all, to please call Mark Plumb (Realtor) don't wait another day nor minute! I give this realtor five stars and I had a great experience with this team!

We picked Jennifer to be our agent when we sold our home based on the good reviews we read online about her. Our experience was less than satisfactory. She is more interested in selling your house quickly and getting her commission instead of working in the best interest of her customers. Took about 4 months to sell our home and almost all of her suggestions and advice to upgrade our home or fix things here and there to make the house attractive for buyers ended up costing us a lot of money with little to no return.

I would not advice Jennifer as a seller's agent.

Jennifer and her team are fantastic! They helped turn a somewhat scary, often frustrating process, into a very positive experience! Their responsiveness is excellent - they walked us through all aspects of the sale, and really went the extra mile to ensure that not only did we find our dream home, but that it was the right dream home. Their thoroughness and personal attentiveness is exactly what new homebuyers - especially us, with our limited home buying knowledge - really need.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the Jennifer Young Team.  We felt like were never going to be able to sell our house, but Gavin Pumphrey and team stepped in and made the process as smooth as possible. This team has the process streamlined and our house was under contract in three days and they helped us find and close on a new house working with a tight time frame.  We would highly recommend them, they really were a pleasure to work with.
