Steve is incredibly easy to work with - he's responsive, knowledgeable, and fair. Steve was my property manager for my NoVA condo for approximately three years while I was out of state/overseas for work. I highly recommend his services to all of my friends in the area because I trust him and because he consistently exceeded my expectations when it came to managing my property. Within the first few months of managing the property, he expertly handled a catastrophic plumbing problem with my first tenant, dealing with my insurance agent, keeping my updated on the progress of repairs, and ensuring my tenants concerns were answered.

Over time, I found Steve's expertise and advice to be invaluable, as he always provided reasonable and honest answers to my questions and concerns. The feedback I received from each of my tenants about Steve's services was also very positive.

If there was only one thing I could highlight about Steve's work, it would be the fact that he is extremely proactive with his communications. I never felt like I was constantly asking him for information or updates when there were issues with the property, and he anticipated my questions and pushed me updates via email and phone calls. If I could have Steve manage all of my properties, I would, and if I ever have to leave the area again for work, I would not hesitate to ask Steve to be my property manager again.

He was extremely proactive in identifying opportunities, ensured a successful offer in a very competitive market, and was a trusted advisor throughout the negotiation process. Steve is top notch and knows how to secure results. We enjoyed the experience and service Steve provided and recommend him highly.

     Over the past five years Steve Lefave served as our property manager and realtor in the Northern VA area.  We are extremely fortunate to have found a real estate agent who is professional, attentive to our property needs/wants and highly knowledgeable of the Northern VA real estate market.

     We initially relied on Steve as our property manager for our condo. Steve was able to find a suitable tenant, which he had thoroughly vetted, in a record amount of time.  No matter what type of issue presented itself, Steve took care of it quickly and effectively with the least amount of burden to us. He was even kind enough to fix some minor issues himself, which saved us money by not having to hiring a contractor. We had full faith in all of his decisions and recommendations.

     When we were ready to purchase a house, Steve served as our real estate agent. Steve’s long running experience in the Northern Virginia real estate market proved essential when making critical decisions impacting the purchase of our home. We had a firm criteria of what we wanted in a house - we didn’t want to settle for anything less. Over the entire process of looking for a house, Steve never tried to push us toward a house that didn’t meet all of our expectations. He kept our spirits up, stayed focused on our needs and wants, and was amazingly patient. In the end, we purchased the home of our dreams. We give full credit to Steve for making this possible.

     After the purchase of our home, we enlisted Steve to sell our condo. Due to his expertise, we successfully sold our condo more quickly than we had originally anticipated.  

     We have been recommending Steve to friends and family and will be sure to contact Steve for any of our future real estate needs.

Steve is a very down to earth and trustworthy person.  Being ex-military, he is also on the ball and he must know how to fight for the deal.  It is no wonder why he is a very successful realtor.
