Our hosts were so welcoming and gracious, we couldn't ask for more.  The house inside and out was very well taken care of.  Great experience for us.  Highly recommended!

Very nice place, friendly couple who run it. Not ritzy, breakfast not as fancy as some other B&B's, but comfortable and cozy. Arroyo Grande is a nice, small town - walk down to the main street in the morning, and watch the roosters strut around the small river park.

We felt very comfortable.  Everything was great.  And the food was delicious.  We will definitely stay there again.
