Clean. Toilet and tub fairly new and Clean. Coffee maker worked. All for a reasonable price!  We'll stay again.

Room was clean. Location was convienent for its proximity to beach access but we did not feel super safe.  The hotel was split with an alley way.  Management was very rude with any interaction.  He seemed irritated we had a dog even though they claim to be pet-friendly ($20/night fee).  Our dog barked one time while we were unpacking our car to notify us of a suspicious character walking in our direction.  The manager ran outside to tell us to quiet down.  We won't be staying here again.

Very nice place to stay nice and close places to shop end visit. But have no phones in rooms but whenever your on vacation you really don't want to be bothered

Great reasonable price near the beach! Unfortunately I'm drawn away and towards camping due to the smells of cigarettes in the room, the sheets that still have someone else's food (I hope) on them, the guy complaining about the freezing cold when he's having a conversation right outside my window in his shorts at 5am, or maybe the filthily gross in room coffee pot (has anyone ever cleaned these things!? There's all kinds of algae [again, I hope] in the water container so disgusting!!!) which is advertised on their sign...
