In a nutshell, my 3 night stay at Sea View in Grover Beach was so much better than expected (was seeking a safe and clean place for myself during a beachside visit for just a few days) ...  the Inn offers a convenient and close location to Grand Ave beach entrance and reasonable dining (recommend fast and simple breakfast at Station Grill at the rail tracks), room/carpet was clean, fresh linens and bath towels changed daily (if needed), cable TV with more than enough channels, secured parking lot in back (versus along street) and even a small fridge and microwave in the room ... competitively priced at an attractive low cost.  Hosts were friendly and accommodating ... will recommend to others and will definitely stay again on my next visit.

The place is really Inexpensive so if your going on a budget it works great. It was clean and the owner was nice. Continental breakfast could have been better but it worked in a pench. Overall a 3 star but for the price probably a 3 1/2

My cousin and i paid for 5 days! The bathroom door in room 135 locked her,and others in and wouldnt let us out, leaving anyone trapped with no help on separate occasions ! When they were told they didnt act on the safety risk, they wouldnt change rooms and the whole experience was just really bad. No new towels in 5 days,and paying in multiple names,just bad business(fire,law inforcement and the BBB was contacted concerning the problem being as it could be fatal)

This us our second time this year! I thought it was pretty nice for the price. The managers are absolutely very friendly,   the only issue I had was they did not have the continental breakfast as we were told online. The managers said that it is weekends only, I  really expected at least Coffee. So that being said.... Please supply us with Coffee 🍵☕

Never again! Checked in and checked out in 20 minutes. Neighborhood was awful room was horrible smelled like mold. Front desk was nice but not a place I'll ever go back to.
