Likes: Customer service, atmosphere, location, and amenities. Dislikes: dated rooms and hard beds. We have stayed here on multiple occasions and always had a great experience. From the full breakfast spread that's included to the 2 free drinks per person at the reception(3 on this visit), we love that they cater to a "let's all just hang out and enjoy this place instead of going and just locking yourself in your room" environment. The rooms are big, with 2 sections one for sleeping and the other for "hanging out". I do recommend this place always worth what they charge. I've paid 169 - 214 per night and not once regretted or thought I could have done better. Please do keep in mind the rooms and some other areas of the hotel being dated and the hard beds. Other than that, you should try it out.

Great accommodations! Each reservation includes an evening reception of snacks & drinks (I appreciated the fact these include juices as I do not drink alcohol.) and a full morning hot breakfast that has great variety & is delicious! The rooms are divided into a sitting area & bedroom area that are separated by a pocket door. The hotel is close to shopping and the ocean is a very short drive away. Our group reserved the conference room and the hotel staff did a good job making sure it was always well stocked with coffee and water. This is our third time staying here and would definitely recommend it.

It is an older property that has gone through some updating to at least the 80's style. But it is relatively clean and the bed comfortable. There is a decent hot breakfast included and the nightly guest reception was lively with good drinks. Overall, an OK choice for a run into the central coast.

This hotel is beautiful! We stayed here for 2 nights during our road trip. We loved its outdoor style and made sure to enjoy the sunshine and outdoor pool/hot tub. The room was clean and had everything you need. The lobby is really nice, staff is super friendly, and it's in a great location. The beach and shopping are nearby. We spent our days out on the beach, doing lots of walking and shopping so it was nice to come back to a relaxing, clean room in the evening. Overall it was a great stay and the pancakes at breakfast in the morning were a bonus!

Staff amazing. Two room suites at 1 room prices. Beds a bit hard and shower heads pathetic but close to the beach and meals included with a nice hot breakfast and 2 free drinks at the bar every night. Breakfast included eggs or omelets made to order, proteins, plus fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, potatoes, juice. Just really nice and pet friendly with a dog run.
