I went to the Fairfield store recently and was amazed by all the new items. The showroom was filled with many beautiful styles for any room. So many sectionals with endless options. Sofas and accent pieces to accessories. Also,great quality and prices!

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE! If I could give this location a zero, I would. The people that work there are not helpful and have no idea what they are doing. On the day my sofa was delivered, the delivery guys ripped the leather. It took me 6 months to get it fixed! SIX MONTHS! The only reason I was able to get the sofa fixed was because I stopped payment on it. Thank God I was financing it! Now, my couch is broken, and they are claiming I don't have a warranty even though I know I do. This place went out of business, but apparently they keep pristine records and know that I don't have the right warranty!? Do not shop here! Judging by the staff that works there, they will likely be out of business again...and very soon.

Zero stars! We ordered a sofa, and matching chair for our formal living room. The delivery happened much later than was estimated by Huffman.... strike one! 
   Despite the fact that this furniture is rarely used (formal living room), the chair developed a 3" tear at one of the seams. After some frustrating emails between Shonda, and I, she called to inform us that our warranty had expired... When we proved otherwise, the excuse was warranty void, because we "picked up the furniture from the warehouse (untrue)".... strike 2!
    When I told her we used their delivery service, and we had the shipping receipt to prove it, she needed to confirm with her manager (more prolonging, and another phone call). Then the excuse became "You didnt use OUR shipping company (Lies). Also, you live out of state, and no warranties for out of state deliveries"...Strike 3... your out!!!
   Needless to say, when we made the purchase, the salesman convinced us that Jesus himself made our furniture, and that we were "fully covered by the warranty". 
   In summary, this place should be avoided at ALL costs! We didnt listen to all the terrible reviews, because it was so hard to believe that a seemingly legitimate business could be so corrupt. Im glad we have Yelp, so that you can learn from my mistake!
