Went to Ashley to purchase new couches and had the BEST experience possible. Never was I once hassled or pressured into buying something that I didn't want. The sales associates were friendly and not pushy or aggressive in any way. I bought one couch set and had the help of two associates and the manager. Highly recommend this store. A business is only as good as it's employees since they are the face of the company. John, Alex and Brad were extraordinary and really represent Ashley in nothing but positive ways. I will definitely return to this location for any other pieces of furniture that I may be interested in purchasing!

Beautiful furniture, rugs, wall decorations and other home decor at affordable prices. Staff is helpful and polite. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I just purchased our 1st home and we knew exactly what we wanted, we had 5 rooms to shop for and we got it done in 1 night with the help of Brad and Spiros who were not only professional, but just really nice guys to work with! Great attitudes, made our experience fun! They went over everything with us, set up delivery, except for 2 items which came a few weeks later, we got everything as promised and assembled with no problems! We have been loving our furniture! Turns out we have more room to buy a few more pieces, so we'll be going back to them soon! 😉

Overall unhappy with the service I have received from both in store and they're shipping Department. They gave me a price for my son's bedroom set and when I agreed the manager came over and changed price last minute. 48 hours prior to the delivery of the furniture which was booked 3 weeks in advance after my wife and I both took the day off so we could be home for the delivery they cancelled. Saying some of my order was not in. They claim it would not be in for another week and could not make a 2nd delivery appointment until the order had it come in. Even though the salesman was nice their prices are wildly inflated to give the appearance of a discount and savings at time of purchase and even then the manager will still tweet the deal after an agreed-upon number. I strongly recommend using Ashley Furniture as a last resort for any furniture needs.

Got back from this Ashley's location and let me tell you how great and patient the sales person James B. was! My fiance and I went there pretty much blind sided but we had an idea of what we wanted. We walked in and was greeted by James. We told him we didn't know exactly what we wanted yet but it was definitely for the living room and dining room. He told us to walk around the showroom to see if we find anything we like and he will look for us in 15 mins. We did just that and 15 mins later James came to us and asked how everything was going. Well we were a little overwhelmed by all of the living and dining room sets and had about 5 different couches we were interested in and couldn't decide . He followed us to each and every couch we were interested in and was very patient and gave us information about each item, and offered the financing option. Not your average annoying sales person. Very laid back and helpful, and even joked around and laughed together too. We eventually applied for the credit card and were approved and continued shopping. A total of close to 3 hours of going back and forth and measuring the dimensions, we finally decided on a couch and dining room table and James was there the entire time. No pressure at all-just gave us the space and time to make the final decision. Great, patient, and knowledgeable sales person! I highly recommend him for first time furniture shoppers! He definitely made our experience an amazing one.
