I went to Raymour & Flanigan to buy a new mattress, box spring, and a simple metal frame. When the saleswoman Christine Sabessar was selling me the mattress she couldn't be nicer to make the $1,000 sale. Then when I mentioned all I needed was a metal frame and I didn't want to buy a five piece bed set her whole mood changed. I guess only selling $1,000 worth of product isn't enough for her. She wanted to sell $3,500 worth. She became distant at that point. 

If that wasn't a bad enough experience, the delivery guys marked up my hallway walls and put a hole in one of them. I was told by the delivery guys to contact Raymour & Flanigan as soon as it happened. I had to call them three times because each time I spoke with someone they'd disconnect me. It's been five days since they told me the manager would get back to me within 24 business hours. 

I will never go back to this store and I won't recommend it to anyone in the area.

I love this store, the best thing is the sales person greets you at the entrance and allow you to walk around freely,  they are not pushing a sale on you,  when you are ready, or have a question the sales person is readily available. They have quality furniture,  the best part is that I bought a gorgeous sofa, the price was right, and my living room looks great!

Terrible company, they make you finance all their furniture- they sell you a Platinum plan, which not not pay out if you owe money or are making payments to your furniture/ was not explained in the selling process felt scammed by R&F - unless I pay off the furniture which is double of what it cost, to be given credit on a new piece, plus you can’t warrant that new piece if paid by Platinum- furniture has broken apart is now a hazard to my and guest safety, well i guess I’ll have to buy something somewhere else-   My tip avoid the financing if you plan on buying the platinum plans. Overall upset and will not recommend!!!

I am surprised to see all of the negative reviews...I had the exact opposite experience. I went in the night I moved into my new apartment and had to trash my couch because it wouldn't fit up the stairs. I was greeted immediately upon walking in, shown exactly what I was looking for, set up with the financing (great deal btw). They made sure that everything was in stock too  so I wouldn't have to wait on delivery. I was there  late Friday night  and got delivery on Monday. The delivery guys were extremely professional and prompt. I would not hesitate to come here again.
