Really nice and sweet people working here! I took my driving test here and I was kind of nervous about it since the DPS next to my house(I-30 and Broadway)has really rude people working there that looked bothered to answer your questions but once I got to this location every person I encountered was really nice and helpful. By the way if you’re wondering if you can take a driving test in a car with temporary license plates you can because I did just make sure to have your insurance🙂 people working here are really nice as long as you’re respectful with them. There is a lot of people at this location waiting but the wait isn’t long since they work their way through pretty fast so I really don’t see why a lot of people complain about how there’s a lot of people? You’re living in DFW how do you expect the line to be short? The wait is reasonable for the amount of people there is so just try to get there early so you won’t have to wait a lot.But overall great experience!

I'm only giving 2 stars because of the wait, but it's my own fault for going so late. I must say I was a little nervous before arriving there because of the other reviews I read. I received my number at 11:59am and walked out at 4:01pm. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. I was advised that I came on a bad day, which was a Friday of course. You want to stay away on Mondays as well. The employees made several announcements for people to check in at the information desk if they wanted to make sure they had all the correct documents before waiting for hours. If I EVER go back it will be before they open and not on a Monday or Friday.

Yes, I did have to wait for awhile, but it’s the same thing in any DPS office. (Actually I heard it’s longer in other offices)  It’s very spacious and has a lot of seats so it’s not a bad time. Plus, everyone was nice!

This place is straight trash. Nothing but lazy people work here. Decided to be proactive and made an appointment to not wait in like and I still ended up waiting in line for an hour. Check this out though, I talked to a guy that was sitting right beside me and he said he didn’t make an appointment and he was called before me. Insane. What is the purpose of making appointments to begin with? Ridiculous wait time. More talking than working.
