Not so much the branch but Boa. Will steal your money and do what ever to not give it back. I lied update is the branch too and a call center which is closed at 8:30 pm on a Friday what a joke chase I'm sorry I left you. Update the manager is very nice and does try give her and only her a 5 star rest of the bank still a 1 star.

It's a training bank ,it's faster if you get there at 8:45am they open up at 9:am but what is faster always make sure you have enough money on you or go through to use drive through its faster

I recently obtained a BOA credit card which they told me I could set up online, and easy to set up payments through is the most difficult thing to do because they do not allow you to do anything in a mobile app but want you to download the mobile app for all of your needs???? It's Sunday and I've now called three times trying to set up online payments for 2 hours I'm so tired of this Bank of America telling me to do things that are simple because they don't want to do them or telling me the wrong information on how to go about doing these things! The woman was not only rude but clearly had ZERO AND WHEN I SAY ZERO I MEAN ABSOLUTELY ZERO, HOW DID YOU EVEN GET A JOB HERE WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE???? NOT ONLY IS THIS BOA AWFUL THEY STILL HAVEN'T GOT RID OF THE NOSEY, RUDE, DIRTY FACE GIVING MANAGER!!!!

Bank Teller's are rude and constantly have frowns on there faces.  Doesn't feel like an environment where the customer is welcome.   They have attitude problems and it seems like they hate there jobs.
