We were very happy this hotel. The night staff were so kind to us. We travelled 13 hours, they recommended an awesome pizza place that delivered to the room. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our dinner. The hotel was very clean and updated. The shower was great with awesome water pressure. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area! Highly Satisfied!

Hotel was nice and clean, as well as a great location for my visit. The biggest complain would be how uncomfortable the beds and pillows are. My wife and I always look forward to a nice, comfortable bed when staying at a hotel. Neither of us could get a good nights sleep for the 4 nights we stayed no matter how much we twisted and turned. The train passing by may wake you up from time to time, but is tolerable. Could also hear people frequently in the hallways or rooms next door when trying to sleep, they didn't appear to be excessively loud but possibly just thin walls. The parking garage does not seem to have any security. The gates were open 24/7 to allow anyone to come in, meaning there was no point in us having a parking permit to open the gate. The heat seemed to only work when placed on "On," and not on auto. However this may have been a temporary issue.

We stayed on the third floor, this hotel was very convenient for an on campus event! It was a decent stay, though our room was missing some basics. Only one glass, and no pen. The parking situation isn't great because you park in a garage and then walk over, it'd be fine when warm. Breakfast was a good spread. The bathroom could have been cleaner. I'd stay again.

Stayed overnight with family of four. Room was two queen beds and also had a couch sitting area. Loved the sitting area and we all slept great. Breakfast was decent. Wish the pool was indoors but that's only because it was January when we stayed. Great experience.

One of the best stays I've had!! The staff was friendly, the hotel was beautiful, breakfast was awesome, and the shuttle service was the best part!! They will drive you anywhere in Bowling Green! I'm definitely going to come back to this hotel.
