My wife and stayed at the Dewey Beach Delaware Hyatt Hotel recently...Early November 2017. These are my ratings...overall 4.9 out of 5. Service was the best we experienced in sometime. EVERY employee greeted us in a friendly manner. The hotel overall was exceptionally clean, recently and tastefully furnished and designed. Our room was a solid 5! Best hotel breakfast we ever had. Congratulations to Hyatt and all the staff for knowing the meaning of hospitality. A definite homerun!

Breakfast was awesome once everything was set up! Very friendly service. Wish I would've visited when more local restaurants were not closed for the season. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Pet friendly. That is the biggest plus. Parking for one car is available but tight. It's in the lower level, so it's cool in the summer. The rooms are nice but there was sand beside the couch upon arrival (given the beach location, I am slightly more "forgiving" here). After the room was cleaned, it was still there. The bathroom door (slider) and handle had fingerprints and streaks on it too. Even with these complaints, it was a cozy and clean room. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Nice condo with a good breakfast! North-facing condos have balcony with view to ocean AND the bay. That part is superb! Nice amenities - granite kitchen, stainless appliances, great beds and bedding, gas face to get the October chill off.

Very nice. We didn't want to stay at the typical old shore motel. Breakfast was very good with a selection of hot items, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, breads, and fruit. The hot items changed every day but there were always scrambled eggs. There is a small bar and there are snack items available. There were some minor maintenance items that were barely noticeable. Our room was clean, but the staff has to look up more. We didn't use the indoor pool or fitness center, but both looked nice.
