I don’t normally write bad reviews or complain but the service I got there was horrible. I had an appointment at 11am for an oil change and to have them look at a few things. The service individual I was dealing with, Ed, called an hour later with an estimate and I told him just do the oil change and change the one bad fuse ( should be a quick service....). Fast forward to 6pm that same evening. I called Ed’s number but got no answer. I Called the main line and spoke with a Jarrod who put me on hold to go check the status of my car. I waited on the line for exactly 20 minutes and then hung up and called again. I spoke with Jarrod again who said I must of got disconnected.. even though I was still on the line when I hung up. He told me my car was not ready and he did not know why it was taking so long. Fast forward to the following day where I still received no calls from Ed or the dealership. I went over to the dealership at 12 in the afternoon and asked for a manager. I spoke with a manager and explained the situation and I expressed my frustration. The manager brought me over to Ed and Ed tried to tell me that he called me and left a voicemail. I explained to them my phone had no missed called from them or a voicemail. They tried to say there must of been a mix up since the car was originally listed under my father in laws name, who also never received a phone call if that was the case. In the end all the manger could say was sorry. He offered no solution and made no statements on how it was going to be resolved for the future. The manger did ask if I would bring the car back in the future and I responded by saying I will not bring the car back here and the rest of th family will no longer bring their cars back either. 

I’m disappointed in their lack of costumer service and do not suggest other people do business with them if that is how they choose to do business.

Great sales team.  Didn't end up buying a Hyundai there but only because they didn't have what I wanted (car features). Otherwise it was a good shopping experience.

Great purchase experience here at HWC! 2017 Santa Fe Sport.  Even had an issue where a part was missing from my vehicle when purchased, they ordered it and got it the next week, very fast considering it was a Holiday week.  Amazing folks!  Thanks for everything,  see you at maintenance time!
