I am very pleased with the entire purchase process of my new Mini Cooper Clubman! Anna Carlson was very helpful and professional. She made the experience pleasant and completely answered all my questions, which is important to me. If she wasn’t sure of the answer, like a service-related maintenance issue, or a specific finance-related issue, she took me directly to the service techs or the finance manager and had them explain the information – that was really amazing. My experience at other dealerships is that the salesperson will say just about anything to get the sale. I appreciate the fact that everybody does not know every little detail and Anna made sure I got the correct answer. Honesty goes along way with me and I am very happy with my car-buying experience at Mini of Wesley Chapel.

All I can say is WOW. Nick, Jorge, Eric, Jordan and most of all Chris my service tech! Thank you so much for all the work on my mini for figuring out this issue, it does not go un noticed. The customer service was phenomenal. Will continue to take my mini back here. You guys are seriously the best. I cannot say thank you enough for getting this figured out before Christmas.

I initially took my new-to-me '04 R50 here for what I thought was a tire issue. It turned out to be nothing and they were quite upfront about it. They also let me know that I had a recall and we scheduled the work. During the check-up, it was also found that I had a slight leak with a coolant pipe. I had that done at the same time. Eric in service was incredibly friendly, personable and helpful. When I picked up the car, all the service advisers were amazing. Super friendly, super helpful and all were very welcoming. I had a need to take the car in another time for a body issue. Again, everyone was friendly, helpful and courteous. I was never given any grief about having an "older" MINI and in fact, they understand my draw to the 1st gen cars. I don't think I'll go anywhere else for maintenance or service.

Best car buying experience I've had in 40 years. My wife and I went into the dealership specifically to look at a used mini we had seen on one of the websites. Our salesman, Jay, met us at the door and took a few minutes to allow us to explain what we were looking for. He showed us a few of the new models so we could get an idea of the entire mini line-up (we are first-time mini owners). The we said we would like to see the used one. Although it had just arrived and was not yet ready for the sales floor, he allowed us to see it and drive it "as-is". We loved it and made an offer. Ron, the sales manager made one counter-offer which was very fair. So we accepted. The next part was the only area where things weren't as perfect (but I am not complaining): there is only one finance manager, so you have to wait your turn to close a deal. Since it was a week-end, the dealership was busy and I had to wait a bit (my wife went home). To their credit, Jay and Ron did not ignore me. Jay bought me lunch and Ron came by periodically to update me on when I would have my turn. During this delay, Jay introduced me to the Service Department staff, scheduled my car for a complete detail job, and ensured my car was being prepped for delivery. Then he gave me a very in-depth familiarization of the car. When I got in to see Travis, the Finance Manager, things also went very smoothly. Travis took time to offer me a wide variety of options on warranty coverage, service contracts, finance terms, etc. All of the contracts were presented in a way that let me see what they added to my monthly payment. I actually purchased a few of the add-on warranties, but changed my mind after a few weeks. Travis was great and just filled out the forms to get my premiums removed from my contract (once he was sure I understood what I was giving up). No hard-sell, games, or hesitation. But the best part of the whole experience was that they treated me just the same as the customers who were there to buy a new $45,000 car (and we were spending less than half that). I did not feel second-class because I was buying a used car.

Purchased our second mini yesterday and it was a simple and straight forward purchasing process. Great experience overall with Mike Lazaroe and Travis in Finance. I indicated when i walked in i needed to be in and out in 2 hours with or without a new car. I left with a new car in 2 hours. Fantastic sales team, Finance guy, and Service department.
