My sales consultant, Peter Edwards was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me make the decision to buy a 2018 CLS 250 after carefully assessing my needs and wants. After sales service is also excellent as is orientation to the car upon delivery. I think this dealership, and especially Peter Edwards, provide a level of service worthy of the Mercedes Benz brand.

I had a wonderful experience at Wesley Chapel Mercedes Benz!!  My sales person, Michael Fonderson, went above and beyond to help me find the right Mercedes!    He even went to Sarasota at night to pick up my C-300 and called me at 9 p.m. to ensure I still wanted the car.  Everyone there was professional and courteous and I am most impressed with the dealership.   I love my 2017 C-300!!!    Been waiting a long time for this car and it was worth the wait!    Thanks again, Michael for being so professional!

My mother’s sales person was Jennifer. My mother has been getting the run around after her vehicle was purchased. This dealership has 0 customer service skills after you drive off their lot with a vehicle. My mother has emailed and called this dealership for assistance over 10 times !! They care more about making their sales than helping their customers. I will not be referring anyone here and I will be letting people where not to go

Best. Car-buying. Experience. Ever.  From the moment of the first contact to driving my MB away, this was by far the best experience I've had when buying a car.  Pricing on my new drive as well as my trade were fair - I really like their no dickering approach. Our salesperson, Maria, and all the others we came into contact with were knowledgable, professional and polite.  I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Mercedes-Benz or used car.  Excellent!

Polite and professional reps and service. In and out for minor repair in just a couple hours. Great waiting area--TV, refreshments, reading material. And a nice opportunity to see the new Mercedes line-up in the show room. Will go again.
