My experience from start to finish at Lexus of Wesley Chapel was an excellent one! Albert and Tim were very professional, attentive and very personable- great to work with. They answered all our questions and made the entire purchase process stress free and easy. The entire staff at the new facility are exceptional! Beautiful new dealership! You will feel well taken care of at every step here. Highly recommend and absolutely LOVE my new car!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Lexus of Wesley Chapel. The facility is state of the art, every staff member meets you with a warm and welcoming smile, and the service is next to none. Tim Smith went above and beyond and exceeded our every expectation in a car buying experience. He met us multiple times, and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We will be Lexus customers for life thanks to Tim and his ability to turn what is usually a stressful situation into a very pleasant endeavor. Albert also was very helpful to us, and we are grateful for his dedication and patience. We love our new cars and we highly recommend Lexus of Wesley Chapel... Out of 5 stars- they deserve a 10.

Prior to Dec. 25, 2017, how could it have been a great buying experience?  This new Lexus dealership doesn't officially open until Dec. 26, 2017.  And, the 5-Star Google reviews here are likely fabrications by non-existent "customers."  For example, the 5-Star review offered here by "Joseph Cirillo" is nice, but there's no mention that "Cirillo" is a sales associate at Wesley Chapel Toyota, the sister store 150 yards up the street.  Jordan Johnson's 5-Star review is nice too, but he's a full-time Lexus of Wesley Chapel employee.  I think this dealer largely missed benefiting from the December to Remember advertising blitz and needs to play catch-up - any way they can.

Had a great experience with Tim Smith as my awesome sales person. And the rest of team was also amazing! Drove out with my new Lexus and couldn't be happier!! Highly recommend!!! There were no pushy sales pitches. And it was a relaxing process! Oh, and a beautiful showroom. Wishing continued success to the dealership, and happy to be a part of the Founding 100!

Just purchased a 2017 RX350 here at Lexus of Wesley Chapel. The place is BEAUTIFUL with lots of option to choose from. I highly recommend my sales rep (Chelsea Roberts). She was awesome, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The Finance Manager (Lily) is the best FM I have ever worked with. She is smart and wonderful to work with making my purchase a smooth one.
