My husband and I came in looking to replace my vehicle we had at the time on December 30, 2017 and buy our first car together as a married couple. Arden Fuller was our Sales Consultant and did an amazing job listening to our situation and figuring out our wants and needs towards our new vehicle. Due to my husband's work we had to wait until after the New Year to finalize the purchase of our vehicle. During this time Arden and Paul Stokes in the Finance department worked out all the details and when we came to get our new 2017 Ford Fusion we were pleasantly surprised with our APR and monthly payments. I feel like Paul and Arden went above and beyond in selling us this vehicle. The customer service was great. We live in Brandon and traveled to Wesley Chapel because we were told it had better customer service and it definitely did. We will continue to refer people to this dealership and when the time comes to get another vehicle Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel will be our first and only stop. Thanks guys!

Will Smith continues to amaze me with his customer service! He always recognizes us, greets us by name, assures us he will take expedient good care of our needs at a reasonable cost and actually DOES! He has never let us down! We have purchased both new and used vehicles at Parks Ford and couldn't be more impressed with the level of customer service from the Service and Sales men! I wish GM T. Mullane and Service advisor Will Smith could train all of the Tampa area service sectors on customer service! It's rare these days to be truly treated as a valued customer. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to Parks Ford for Sales and Service! Great Job guys!

This dealership is awesome!!! They gave me a great deal on a 2012 Ford Focus and I love it!! When you go there, ask for Tim Macnab... He is an awesome salesman!!! They don't pressure you into getting a car here and they work with you. Glad I stopped here for a car. Also ask for Tony if you need a car. Him and Tim are awesome!! Both are very helpful!!

After doing service business with Elder Ford for 4 years, they refused to service a new ford purchased from another dealer. Parks is the nearest dealer to my place of employment. Parks service department, and my service advisor Joe provide service and support that exceed any that I received from Elder. The work is on time and no gimmicks for additional unnecessary work. The manager of the service departments goal is customer service and satisfied customers. The best thing Elder ever did for me was refuse service, otherwise I wouldn’t have encountered Parks. Unless something drastically changes, I will be a Parks customer for life. These people know how to create customer loyalty.

I was very very pleased with whole process from start to finish. Very professional. Very friendly. Joe did an excellent job at making me feel very comfortable . I will recommend Parks Ford to everyone I know. Thank you so much
