I was visiting Atlanta area, and dropped in for two classes here at a great box! The members greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home! Owner/Coach John also introduced me to his classes, and was very knowledgable and observant to form and safety in his coaching. I will stop by again when in the area. I highly recommend this box!
