Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! It was my first time boxing my bike for travel and, in addition to providing the box, they let me take my bike apart in the shop so I could borrow tools and ask questions throughout the process. If I lived in LA, this would be my go-to bike shop! Highly recommended.

I'm just a student who relies on his bike to get around this car crazy city - so when I took my front tire in to be looked at I was worried they would try to overcharge me. After explaining the reoccurring problem I was having with my tube slipping and being punctured at the valve, they replaced my tire with a used one they had sitting around for free because they were out of mountain bike tires. It's working now and no longer puncturing the tube! Thank you so much :)

So far, I've only spoken to them over the phone after my rear wheel was stolen; they are super kind, honest, and helpful. I just moved here and will be going here for everything bike related ♡

Very friendly and accommodating service. I didn’t make a purchase on my first visit, but when I am ready to make a purchase this will definitely be the place I go.

The folks at Wiggle were super friendly and helpful. I walked in with zero bike knowledge, and they answered all of my questions, offered advice, and refrained from sales talk. I walked out feeling empowered with a bike I love. The best part is that I get to ride by Wiggle on my way to work each day.
