My 20 year old Schwinn has given up the ghost so I went in looking for something new.  First of all, no one there wears a shop shirt.  So there's no way to tell who is an employee.  After mulling around inside for 10 minutes with NO ONE bothering to ask me anything, I GOT IN LINE at the register.  

Once the woman working the register finished with the sale, she seemed shocked to have me ask her about a bike.  I mean, it is a bike shop.  I told her I needed a new bike.   Nothing crazy, just a bike to bum around on, ride with my kids, and possibly to work.  And the last thing I told her, I Did Not Want An ELECTRIC BIKE.  

And the First Thing  she does is take me to an electric bike,  Well you can turn the motor off!  Great.  Thanks.  Not what I wanted.  

She shows me a few other things before she is whisked away and I am left alone again.  A few minutes later I walk out.  No one even said thanks for stopping by.

Avoid this place.  The service is horrible and the selection is even worse.

I bought my bike here last year, and they were very helpful while I was looking around. They let me try as many bikes as I wanted, and I got to ride them around the surrounding neighborhood to get a good feel for the bike that I wanted. I've also brought my bike in since then for a tune up and flat repair, and they are always friendly.

Amazing staff went in last night first time talked to spencer and andrew hooked me up they got good prices and great slection of bikes and accessories.

What a looney bin.  A downplayed repair which contradicted my diagnosis (new tires, new inner tubes, tune up) quickly evolved into multiple part replacements and a bill in excess off $200.

I left when the leprechaun claimed to see spiders on my bike and wanted me to go to CVS for a blow torch.

True story.
