Regretfully, I had no idea that this BEAUTIFUL bead store was in trouble until it was too late. I would have happily driven the extra 15 minutes each way to help one of the last independent bead stores (one of the last brick & mortar stores vs online stores). It was like walking into a Saks Fifth Avenue for beads with a remarkably beautiful red glass chandelier and perfect lighting! I loved their selection of gorgeous beads & their enthusiastic/helpful staff. I loved that their fun, cheerful staff was knowledgeable about their large selection of gemstone/semi-precious stones that were marked with the name as well. Their selection of Thunder Polish glass was exceptional & there were drawers so customers were able to purchase only as many of all kinds of beads as needed. I am missing Ibella so much already and kicking myself for my lack of support (please accept my deepest apology). PLEASE SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS! Or every city will look the same w/Walgreens, Starbucks & McDonalds on every corner.

I have shopped at Ibella Beads off and on for 5 years. I really hate to give them a 1 Star because of this one incident (because truly I have had more pleasant visits than I have had bad visits). Last week I dropped into this small business store..when I walked in no one bothered to greet me..they store had all of two customers in it..after about 20mins of not being acknowledged or even asked if I could be helped I asked a worker that happened to be the company's buyer if they had or was expecting to have any more intial charms. She began to tell me that that was all the intial charms that they had and that they (Ibellas) weren't Hobby Lobby. I then asked if she knew when the store would be getting more in..I had then noticed a shift in her tone and body movement..she was becoming upset (I guess because I was asking her questions)..she told me that she had been the buyer for Ibella's for years and that she's always orders enough of what she thinks will sell and if the items aren't selling is because they sold out and/or no one is buying them so she wouldn't be ordering as much and walked away. This visit was very bad and not what I expected after not visiting the store for a while. My point EXACTLY WHILE I WANT BE RETURNING. The owner gets on google to APOLOGIZE and try to justify my experience. My experience was my experience. Apologize for the inconvenience and keep it moving. I'm a CUSTOMER JUST STATING MY EXPERIENCE. Then to come on here and relay our private phone conversation. 😏✌️

This is where I go to get most of my beads. The setup of the store is very nice and there is a good variety. The only thing that I would improve on is the setup of the checkout counter; at the moment the checkout counter is in the middle of the cases that show the expensive beads and the finished jewelry, and sometimes the staff does not realize that you are there to check out and not look at beads! Otherwise, great atmosphere and friendly staff.

GIA certified designers and experts in jewelry repair. They can knot pearls, gemstones, or any bead. The prices are extremely reasonable especially compared to other estimates for knotting and restringing. Their classes include all of the materials and there aren't "hidden charges" like other places.
